Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Melanzana tags are still attached and the garments are in unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
